Looma — Terms of Use (EULA)

The short version

Looma helps you understand the style of clothing you point your camera at, and suggests how you might wear it. It's a creative assistant, not a professional stylist — results are AI-generated and won't always be right. By using the app you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use Looma.

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Use (the "Terms" or "EULA") are a legal agreement between you and looma_dev ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the Looma mobile application (the "App"). They are not an agreement with Apple, Google, or any app store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms.

2. Your licence to use Looma

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the usage rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

3. What Looma is — and what it isn't

• Looma analyses a photo you choose to scan and returns style descriptions, suggested pairings, and an occasion view. These are opinions and suggestions generated by AI, offered to inspire you.
• Looma is not professional fashion, retail, or purchasing advice. It does not guarantee that any item, pairing, or suggestion will suit you, fit you, be available, or be accurate.
• AI can be wrong. Item identification, aesthetics, and suggestions may be incorrect or incomplete. Use your own judgement before acting on anything the App shows you, especially before buying.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes someone else's rights.
• Scan images you don't have the right to use, or images containing other people without their consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or the services it relies on.

5. Your content

When you scan a photo, you keep all rights to that photo. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to send the image to our processing service and third-party AI providers so your result can be generated. As explained in our Privacy Policy, scanned photos are not stored by Looma after your result is produced.
